Each student will help our class run as smoothly as possibly by taking a leadership role. Each job will be held for the full semester. Each job is vital to our classroom environment being the best it can be! And names and pictures will be posted here in celebration of their new appointments! ~Mrs. Winston

Line leader.Lead us to our destination, turning the lights off as we leave the room
Classroom GreeterWarmly welcome anyone who comes into our classroom. Show them around if needed or help them find who or what they might need easily.
PodcasterYour team will create a weekly podcast about what we're doing in room 203. Your team will be responsible for script writing, recording and uploading of your podcast feed.
Teacher's AssistantThe teacher has a tough job, be ready to help, assist in lessons or help her our so that things run smoothly!
Attendance clerkYour job is to record who is absent each day and report this information to Mrs. Winston. If a student is absent please place a "ketchup" folder on their desk so their tablemates can collect the work they missed.
Mail ClerkYou are in charge of emptying graded work, notes, and newsletters into each students’ mailbox. Also at the end of the day making sure to check all boxes are empty.
Tech Specialists Job duties include turning ipods/ipads on and off daily, troubleshooting simple problems, helping classmates save their work to google drive when needed. You will also be in charge of making sure all devices in class are fully charged and ready ro use (ex: iPads, iPods, Playaways, Nexus Tablet)

Door AssistantYour job duties include, opening and locking the door for our classroom. And making sure the teacher has the Fire Drill Folder from behind the door.
Paper PasserWhen papers OR supplies are needed, this person is in charge. Duties include passing out papers, organizing and filing paperwork in teacher's mailbox etc. You'll work closely with the mail clerks.
Substitute Helper
When we have a substitute teacher in the room your job they’ll need guidance. Be ready to answer any questions they might have or point out materials and information they might be missing!
Homework clerk
Job Duties include checking homework and recording student written reasons for missing homework into Homework Binder.
Data ClerkYour job is to posts and explain our classroom data to anyone who asks. Keeping track of our progress and goals is an important job!
Morning ManagerWhen students enter the classroom they'll begin with record the days agenda. Your job is to checks that agendas have been completed, are written neatly and accurately.
Watch DogWork closely with Watch Dog 2. Monitor student behavior and noise levels in the hallway. You are in charge of the clipboards and keeping an eye on our line. We want to represent ourselves well in the hallways!

Safety ManagerThis job helps your teacher make sure out entire class is safe and accounted for during fire drills, duck and cover drills and lock out scenarios. You also give the all clear for our class when we need to regroup.
UnderstudyYou're job is to fill in for a job if someone is absent, oversees work collection for missing student be placed in the "Ketchup" folders.

Lunch tech
.You're job includes taking the daily lunch count. You would also need to monitor voices levels in lunch line, making sure our lunch table is clean before leaving (not cleaning up others trash but reminding them to do their part in keeping our table and floor clean).
ConservationistMonitor our classroom environment to make sure we are being good stewards of our energy and supplies. This includes recycling, lights, and technology such as SMART board and classroom computers.
LibrarianYou're in charge of the upkeep of our classroom library. Keep our book shelves need to be neat and inviting. Post book reviews and share great titles you've read.
